Upon completion of all 75-hours and passing your Class Final Exam, the School will convey the student record of completion online to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). Students will be able to schedule a State examination generally within 72-Business Hours after the online certification by going to PSI Testing to schedule your State Exam - Schedule.PSIExam.comThe Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) allows one (1) Retake Exam for any student who does not pass the First Class Final Exam.
