The Beneficial Ownership Act 2017 Guidance December 2024 (the “2024 Guidance”) is now revoked.This seminar will outline the changes to the requirements around identifying and submitting registrable beneficial ownership information, using the 2026 Guidance as a tool to illustrate the changes.Guest speaker Dylan Pycroft - Manager (Policy and Legislation Specialist), IOMFSA AML/CFT Supervision Division – BA (Hons), MA, and Int.Dip Financial Crime Prevention.Dylan joined the Authority in December 2022, focussing on both AML/CFT Supervision & beneficial ownership oversight.
