This gentle, beginner-friendly workshop is designed for anyone who feels restless, overwhelmed, tired, or intimidated by traditional meditation.
In this two-hour experience, you’ll learn what meditation actually is (and what it’s not), explore simple techniques that work in real life, and discover how to build a practice that feels supportive rather than stressful. No prior experience is needed, and there’s no expectation to “clear your mind” or sit still in a certain way.
This workshop emphasizes choice, comfort, and self-trust. Chairs and floor seating are available, movement is welcome, and all practices are offered as invitations, not requirements.
