👉 Why? Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the deeper tissues of the body, especially the connective tissue, fascia, and ligaments that surround your joints. These structures are less elastic than muscles and need slow, sustained stretches to safely increase their mobility.

If these deeper tissues are very tight, you can stretch your muscles as much as you want and still see little or no improvement in your overall flexibility. Over time, this imbalance can increase your risk of injury because your muscles may be flexible, while the tissues around your joints remain stiff and restrictive.

By targeting these deeper layers, Yin Yoga helps improve joint mobility, supports healthier movement patterns, and can make other forms of exercise and yoga both safer and more effective.

The pace of this practice teaches you a great deal about the body, not only how small movements can alter postures but also about the overall structure and interconnectedness of everything.

🚴🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️ This makes it hugely beneficial alongside cycling, weight training, running and other exercises that shorten the muscles.

This style of Yin Yoga involves holding postures for three to five minutes. Props are used to support your body so you can fully relax and breathe into each stretch, allowing gravity to gently deepen the experience.

👉 For optimal comfort during these sessions, it is advisable to wear warm, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. And refrain from eating 90 minutes prior to our session.

👉 All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.
