NEVERDAY ist ein innovatives Crossover-Trio aus Düsseldorf. Die Band vereint elektrische Streichinstrumente – E-Geige, E-Bratsche (Viola) und E-Cello – mit mehrstimmigem Gesang und elektronischen Arrangements zu einem einzigartigen Klangbild zwischen Klassik, Rock und Moderne.

Über vier Jahre lang begleiteten sie die Toten Hosen als Gastmusiker auf Tour. Produziert wird NEVERDAY von Vincent Sorg (Broilers, Donots, Die Toten Hosen). NEVERDAY verbindet Instrumentalkunst mit Pop-Ästhetik – intensiv, bildstark und kompromisslos eigenständig.

Der Opener wird ab 19 Uhr im Livestream übertragen: youtube.com/machbarschaftborsig11, im Anschluss offene Jamsession. Bring dein Instrument mit und steig ein!

Die Dortmunder Nordstadt Session ist eine Institution für die freie Musikszene im Ruhrgebiet. Seit 2017 treffen sich Musiker:innen der Region Freitags im Dortmunder Norden, um gemeinsam zu improvisieren. Die musikalische Mischung ist so bunt wie die Bevölkerung des Stadtteils, der seinen ganz eigenen Sound kreiert.

Musiker:innen und Bands aller Stilrichtungen sind willkommen. Der Opener ist im Livestream zu sehen. Danach ist die Bühne frei für weitere Beiträge, die den Klang der Dortmunder Nordstadt bereichern.

Die Nordstadt Sessions sind ein Projekt von Julia Rumi / Machbarschaft Borsig11 e.V. in Kooperation mit der BVB-Gründerkirche, gefördert vom Kulturbüro Dortmund und realisiert mit den Chancen der Bewohner:innen des Borsigplatz-Quartiers. https://www.borsig11.de
