breathwork, live music, movement, sound healing, cacao, connection and nourishment. Come home to your heart beat and the heart beat of mother earth as we ground tribal beats and anchor our prayers together with a giant Buffalo Pow-Wow Drum by the river. 

Through breath and sound, we’ll enter expanded states of consciousness, clear emotional and cellular trauma, activate our third eye, and open the heart. With crystal singing bowls attuned to each chakra, you’ll experience deep relaxation, energetic realignment, and soul-level rejuvenation. 

This is a space to:

We have the beautiful medicine grandmother elder Nez Mather bringing her drums, wisdom & space holding reverence & also the talented musician & space holder Simon Burton joining us for this magical day
