Come and enjoy 2hrs of bliss with other knackered mums through restorative yoga & nourishing tea, snacks & chats.

No experience necessary. Mum's of any age and stage also welcome.

(It’ll be held the weekend before Mother’s Day so this will make a BEAUTIFUL Mother’s Day gift so share this to someone you know might need a nudge!)

• For the mums who need a little balm on their soul after caring for others & who have been prioritising everyone else.
• For the mums who have been going, going, going and just need to stop. For a little minute.
• For the mums wanting to share the load without any judgement, fanciness or frills. Just real connection within community.
• For the mums who haven’t stopped since they were pregnant and want to press pause.

This is a little baby I’m working on and am so excited to host.
