- **Event Description**: Coaching isn’t just a great way for young riders to improve their skills: it can also be a load of fun. That’s why we’ve introduced our group mountain bike coaching specifically for riders aged 10–14. 

It’s a simple formula:

🔸 1.5 hours of expert coaching in a small group of up to seven other riders.

🔸 after a short break, a 1.5 hour guided ride, so they can put their new skills into practice immediately.

This combination makes for a great mix of learning and trail time with our two expert coaches. Running on the third Saturday of the month (see dates below), these sessions are optimised to suit the group, but you can expect to cover:

↪️ Better cornering – mastering flats and berms with speed.

〰️ Finding flow – maintaining momentum through technical sections.

📶 Trail features – tackling roots and drops with confidence.

**Bike hire**
Full suspension and hardtail non-electric bikes available from Just Pedal who are based at the meet point, the Hurtwood Hideout.
