Guided Sound Bath & Meditation

During this session, you will be immersed in the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes, and intuitive vocals while you meditate on a comfortable and cosy Organic, Naturalmat mattress. Each element is carefully woven together to quiet the mind, soften the body, and encourage a state of effortless rest. Reiki energy is offered throughout the session, supporting emotional release and energetic harmony

The Venue

The sound bath will take place at our Dorking showroom.

Our showroom is an area where you can try out our range of mattresses, toppers and beds within a calm, secluded space, with sounds & scents offering a multi-sensory sleep experience.

During the event Claire will transform our space into a zen den to faclilitate your relaxation journey.
