We start with breathwork, a brief meditation followed by a gong bath with Melanie, tuned into the planet Chiron. The Chiron gong is also referred to as the ‘Wounded Healer’ after the Centaur and his arduous, emotional and physical journey to seek healing. We end the session with a curated tea inspired by nature.

Gong baths are highly rejuvenating for the body and bring about an overall sense of relaxation, which can reduce stress as well as help develop a better ability to cope with stress and even stimulate altered states of consciousness.
