After many years of teaching and studying yoga, we tie together the true essence of this ancient practice, rooted in India and deeply spiritual and sacred, with the best house music, a completely reset for your nervous system, the best way to let go and remember that life is to be enjoyed. 

You will move from a grounded yoga flow with breath work, intention setting, meditation and asana practice, into dance. Seamlessly, we will guide you so you won’t even notice the transition from yoga postures to free movement!

Come solo or with friends, we are a community of yoga loving ravers coming together in hearts and beautiful high vibrations, the atmosphere at our events is welcoming, inclusive, super friendly and full of love.
