This sessions is suitable for age groups U16-19 for the 2025/26 season 

Timings 

7pm - Registration

7:15pm - practical session 

8:30pm - Q and A - parents/players

Kit requirements 
- sports kit 
- footwear suitable for use on a 3G (not flat soles or metal studs) 
- shin pads 

Please note there is no cost to the session.
