Looking for a fun, active and calming activity for your child this summer?

Our new Children’s Yoga Summer Term begins on Monday 1st June and runs until 20th July.

Discover Children's Yoga at KM-Yoga, where we create a calm and supportive environment for children to move, breathe, and thrive. Through playful postures, simple breathing techniques, and guided relaxation, children enhance focus, emotional regulation, and body awareness. Our small group settings ensure every child feels safe and valued, empowering their wellbeing and confidence.

? 6-week term: £36
? Pay As You Go: £6.50 per class
? Bring a friend for half price!

? Please note there will be a short hiatus with no classes on 29th June or 6th July.

Over the last few weeks we’ve been:
☀️ Learning our Sūrya Namaskāra (Sun Salutation) by heart

? Exploring the story of Arjuna, Princess Draupadī and the great bow from the Mahābhārata, bringing the story to life through Dhanurāsana (Bow Pose) and discovering the importance of focus, patience and determination

? Building confidence through Bakāsana (Crane Pose) and learning how to “fly”
?️ Practising breathing techniques, movement, balance and relaxation

? Having lots of fun along the way!
Children’s Yoga combines movement, breath, storytelling, games and mindfulness in a supportive environment where children can build confidence, focus, coordination and self-awareness.
