Women’s Health Saturday
Join us for an energizing and educational morning focused on women’s wellness. Start the day with a fun and lively Cardio Dance class led by Monica Parada, designed to boost your energy, elevate your mood, and get your body moving.
After class, stay for an engaging wellness talk led by Dr. Sajidxa Mariño, focused on “Respiratory Health – Snoring and Sleep Apnea.” This session offers valuable information for women of all ages on how respiratory health impacts sleep quality, overall wellness, and daily energy levels.
This event is perfect for anyone looking to stay active, learn more about their health, and enjoy a supportive and empowering community environment.
