This is a monthly book club with a purpose. That purpose is to bring together like minded people, to work on self-care, self-improvement and general wellbeing. Each month a book will be chosen, and we will work through the book and exercises independently. During our monthly meet up we will discuss the contents of the book, highlighting helpful parts of each chapter and feedback our own ideas about the book.
Afterwards there will be an opportunity to get to know each other better and relax over coffee and cake, in a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.
