Perfect for anyone looking to connect more deeply with both nature and their inner voice.Please bring a notepad and pen if you have one spare.We will meet in the café at Idle Valley between 12:45 a prompt start at 1pm.The session will be outside, so please wear weather-appropriate clothing. Any problems please ask any member of staff or ask for Caroline.
