Set your intention to be kind to yourself with 2 hours of wonderful Deeply relaxing Restorative Yoga   and  Yoga nidra .

I will guide you to find  the  balance, relax and restorative.  We will be starting with breathwork, followed by relaxing restorative postures closing the retreat with guided yoga nidra relaxation. 

Restorative yoga  is guided using props such as bolsters and blankets , and you hold the  poses allowing the body and mind to release. Followed by a practice of  yoga nidra, deeply relaxing, a guided meditation that supports the brain to re-set. 
Suitable for Beginners
I provide all yoga mats, blankets, and yoga equipment but if you have your own mat and an extra blanket  then your welcome to bring it.

Bring a mat if you have your own, a cosy blanket and,  warm socks!
