Even in the heart of winter, there are quiet signs of change.
Snowdrops pushing through the earth.
Buds beginning to form on bare branches.
Tiny reminders that spring is on its way.
Many of us feel heavy at this time of year — low in energy, caught in a grey in-between, not quite ready to burst forward yet.
This is a natural pause, a transition.
Like the earth, we are slowly shifting, softening, and preparing to blossom.
In this space, it’s easy to distract ourselves with business or put everyone else first.
But this is the moment to turn inward — to fill our own cups, to practise self-love and self-compassion, and to gently get to know the new parts of ourselves that are emerging.
When we take this time, we show up more fully for others and for what’s ahead.
This month’s Kriya is all about supporting that transition.
It will be gentle, nurturing and deeply supportive, ending with a beautiful healing to help you feel grounded and held.
The session is just over an hour and always shared within a warm, open-hearted and welcoming group
if you come on your own, you will be met with kindness.
