We will continue with basic Tai Chi principle and Silk-Reeling (缠丝功) exercises. In addition, Hun-Yuan Qigong (太极混元内功) exercises, 24 Hun-Yuan Tai Chi forms (陳式心意混元二十四式太極拳) and Baguazhang (八卦掌) exercises will be introduced in this class.
Location: Sunnyvale Community Center Park (550 E. Remington Dr.)
