Wanna Build-a-Snowman?

❄️ Get ready to bring a little winter magic to your cake decorating! This beginner-friendly class is the perfect introduction to working with fondant. We’ll create an adorable Olaf-inspired cake topper and decorate an 8” vanilla bean cake with whimsical fondant snowflakes and snowballs.

What You’ll Learn:
• How to stack and frost a cake with a snowy buttercream finish
• Basic fondant techniques: rolling, cutting, and shaping
• Sculpting and assembling a fondant character topper (hello, Olaf!)
• A little dry brushing with petal dust, to add depth

All supplies are included in the class fee, so just bring yourself and get ready for a fun and creative morning. By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a beautifully decorated cake!
