OMR Friendsgiving Year 3!
When: Saturday November 22nd at 9am.
Where: We’ll meet at the Reagan Bathhouse near the boat ramp in Lowell Park, Dixon IL
Cost: FREE! We provide the fun, games, & prizes! Feel free to bring treats or snacks to share.
What: Friendsgiving is our yearly event to give back and say thanks to the running community for joining us throughout the year on our OMR group runs.
When you arrive put your name tag on, place your bet on some guessing games and we’ll start with some OMR trivia and a couple other surprises.
Next up is the main event, the Friendsgiving Scavenger hunt. Search the park, take photos and check off your scavenger hunt sheet. Play as an individual or team. Teams must stick together! 90 minute time limit, come back to the bathhouse when your done or give up and want a snack! Top 3 scores wins a prize! There will also be a couple other fun ways to win a prize durng the hunt!
After the hunt we’ll have snacks while we do our white elephant gifts. Will you get what you want or will it get stolen?
We’ll go out for food and drinks afterwards at Palmyra Place or Mary’s. You’re welcome to join us!
