Unplug & immerse in the joy & beauty of nature at magnificent Mueller State park through the wellness practice of Forest Bathing (from the Japanese, shinrin-yoku).
Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon of Above the Clouds Forest Bathing on this mindful wander with simple “invitations” to quiet your mind, awaken your senses and discover what gifts the natural world holds for you - and what gifts you'd like to return!
We cover about 1 mile on a secluded ridge & close our time together with a tea ceremony using local plants with known health benefits.

Meet on Visitor Center patio

Bring a sit pad if you’d like, water, snacks & small backpack. Dress in layers for the weather. Cancelled if thunderstorms . $10 per car charge without a State park pass. Walk offered free of charge as a gift to the community with donations requested to the Friends of Mueller State Park. Ages 14 and up welcome.
