Unplug & unwind with Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon of Above the Clouds Forest Bathing on this meditative wander with simple invitations to quiet your mind, awaken your senses and imagination & connect closely with yourself and the land. 
We will cover just over 1 mile on a secluded ridge and close our time together with a tea ceremony using carefully foraged plants from the area with known health benefits. 

Meet at Outlook Ridge trailhead, just past the Visitor Center. 

Bring a sit pad if you’d like, water, snacks & small backpack. Dress in layers for the weather. Cancelled if thunderstorms 
$10 per car charge without a State park pass. 
Walk offered free of charge as a gift to the community with donations requested to the Friends of Mueller State Park. 

Restrooms at trailhead.
