To our Newcasa Families! We've been building up to our Grand Opening, and now what we need is YOU!
Whether you're thinking for yourself, Nanna or just simply want to come and have a look at what we're about! We want to see your faces at our display village to welcome us in to the community.
WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE and WHY?
We'll let you recover from Chistmas, so we're going to open the 10th of January 2026! Bring the whole family, there will be entertainment for the kids, the adults and everyone in between.
Our address is 219 Westphalen Drive, Riverview, right beside the Ampol.

We need as many pre-registered people as possible, WHY? We don't want an uncomfortable day for anyone, and being able to take in the sights and sounds of our tiny homes is crucial for your experience.
