Free fingerprinting and photos!!About this Event"In Michigan,  and  allow a parent/legal guardian/power of attorney of an individual with special needs to voluntarily provide the Vulnerable or Impaired Person’s (VIP’s) fingerprints and photograph for inclusion in a State of Michigan repository that can be used to assist in identifying the VIP should he/she become lost in the future or find him/herself in a situation in which he/she cannot identify him/herself."If you would like to enroll your individual (2 years old or older) in this FREE program, please come join us!!Your individual will get fingerprinted (required) and photo taken (optional).My contact person at the Michigan State Police said it is preferable that their form already be filled out before our event.Here is a link to the form.Vulnerable or Impaired Person (VIP) EnrollmentPlease scroll down to the "Enrollment Process," section and download and complete the BID-020 Individual with Special Needs Enrollment form.You can print it out and fill out by hand and scan it or take a picture or fill it out online and take a picture. Please send the form back to me at blatsie63@yahoo.com by February 18. I will be printing out the forms and hand delivering to the MSP Headquarters before our event!Cathy
