Sound Immersion - Relax & Restor(ative) Yoga

Enjoy an hour to relax and restore through sound and restorative yoga. Surrender into the restorative pose(s) of your choice and drift into a deeper state of relaxation as Jennifer shares a Reiki infused sound immersion with a variety of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, wave drum, gongs, chimes, drums, and more. Attendees can utilize props in the space or bring their own to support their bodies into restorative poses and receive guidance in some suggested restorative poses. In this event, Jennifer highlights her offerings as a Reki Master/teacher, ReikiSound Healing Practitioner, and RTY200.
