Erratics’ Potluck
I love the unlikely and unexpected way those two words crash together, like boulders stirred about in a glacier soup… kind of like hiking groups… a wild mix of different people thrown together, with delightful chemistry, leavened with laughter and fresh air, and caramelized to utmost sweetness by the ups and downs of the trail. (I didn’t use AI to write that but maybe I should have?)
I’m just excited about the prospect of reviving what was once, before COVID, an annual gathering, the Erratics’ Potluck.
It's actually a simple recipe: we each bring some yummy food, we sit down and eat it together, share some stories and some laughs and voila: a perfect evening!
As always there is a fun theme: wear your favourite toque. In Quebec they say “Attache ta tuque!” which means, “Buckle up! This is going to be intense.”
Below are the details.
