A 3-Day Retreat on the Essential Qualities of Awakening

Many of us spend our lives searching for greater peace, love, freedom, confidence, connection, and meaning.

Yet beneath our conditioning, defenses, and habitual patterns exist essential qualities that are already present within us.

Over three days, we will explore six of these qualities through meditation, embodiment practices, relational exercises, inquiry, and direct transmission. Rather than approaching them as concepts, we will engage them as living realities that can be directly experienced and embodied.

Essential Support
The capacity to feel held by life.

Original Innocence
The part of us that was never damaged.

Green Compassion
The heart that can embrace all experience.

Red Strength
The power to stand fully in one's life.

Black Power
The primordial force of being itself.

Boundless Space
The freedom and openness at the heart of awareness.

About Arian Mateo: 

Arian Mateo is a psychologist, spiritual teacher, Bestselling author, and NARM Master therapist with over 15 years of dedicated contemplative practice and extensive training in psychotherapy, trauma healing, and human development. He has guided individuals and groups internationally in the exploration of healing, embodiment, meditation, and awakening.

His work bridges psychological integration, embodied presence, and spiritual awakening, helping people cultivate greater freedom, authenticity, compassion, and a deeper connection to themselves and life.

Over the years, Mateo has completed numerous intensive retreats, including extended periods of solitary practice and over 100 days in dark retreat. He has trained and practiced extensively within Tibetan Buddhism, Sufism, and Kashmir Shaivism, while also drawing from contemporary psychology and embodiment-based approaches.

Known for his warmth, humor, and ability to meet people exactly where they are, Mateo creates spaces that support both profound inner exploration and practical transformation. 

His teaching style is experiential, practical, direct and heart-centered, inviting participants to discover deeper dimensions of themselves through direct experience rather than belief or philosophy.
