We begin with breath-led movement, a gentle flow to awaken the body. We then transition into the stillness of long-held restorative shapes. This practice is a quiet journey inward — a blend of motion and rest, effort and ease — designed to replenish your body, soothe your nervous system, and leave you grounded in peace.
