It's a warm and non-judgemental space to have some honest conversations about the emotional rollercoaster of adjusting to motherhood - shifting identity, expectations, relationships. If you've got some feels to explore or something to get off your chest, come along! Spill as much or as little of your own tea as you like, and hopefully take something reassuring and positive away with you.

It's fine to bring your pushchair but it's one in a time in the lift so you may have to queue!
Enter through the doors to the IT Suite on the left - if this is closed please knock on the window and we'll let you in.

*We use the term mother rather than parent here to identify the need for dedicated support during the intense psychological, physical, hormonal and social change that occurs in pregnancy and the postnatal period. Birthing parents who do not identify as female, and non-birthing parents and carers for whom this resonates and who feel they would benefit from attending are of course very welcome.
