You are not alone!

Whether you have a velcro newborn or a little sparkler with serious FOMO, there is SO MUCH information out there that can make us feel like we must be doing something wrong if our baby isn't sleeping in a certain way. Social media is a minefield and the sleep consultant industry is unregulated. A lot of the advice around is out-of-date and contradicts what we know from current research about normal infant sleep and brain development.
In this workshop will guide you through how your baby's sleep works, what you can realistically expect from them, and how you can work with it in the intense early months of their development to maximise everyone's sleep as much as possible.

We hope you will feel empowered and confident to cut through the BS and make informed choices about how to navigate sleep in a way that works best for you.

When is it best to come?
This workshop is best suited to those of you with babies under 5-6 months old, as we focus on managing in the fourth trimester period and four month developmental progression.
If your baby is older and you are thinking about trying to make some changes around sleep, we also offer a Sleep 101 workshop.
