Afternoon Chair Yoga Class

Due to increased demand I am adding another chair yoga class every Thursday at 1pm starting 5th March.
This is a chair yoga class suitable for those who find it difficult to get up and down from the floor.
The class includes some seated and standing movement with the support of the chair, breathwork and meditation.
We are a friendly and welcoming group.
