This sound journey includes crystal singing bowls and other sound healing modalities. The sound frequencies activate the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for our rest and digest functions). Thereby, restoring and nurturing the body, mind and spirit.

Salt Therapy (halotherapy) has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It can improve respiratory and skin health, increase immunity, and reduce stress and anxiety.

Emerge from this highly meditative experience de-stressed, grounded and rejuvenated.
