PHN x SOAR

We’re inviting all girls ages 8–18 to join us for a full day of fun, movement, empowerment, and support — all centered on building confidence through fitness and community.

Girls will experience a variety of exciting classes, including:
✨ Bungee
✨ Dance ?
✨ POUND
✨ Barre Pilates
✨ Spin (ages 16+)

At PrepareHER Now, our mission is to ensure that every girl has free access to programs and events that support her mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
