Join us for our Halloween-Themed 6-Week Handbuilding Class, where you'll learn the fundamentals of handbuilt pottery while creating hauntingly fun projects perfect for the season! This beginner-friendly course is designed to build your confidence with clay as you learn pinch, coil, and slab construction, surface decoration, texture techniques, and glazing.
Throughout the six weeks, you'll create a variety of functional and decorative pieces with a Halloween twist, including pumpkins, ghosts, bats, spooky décor, and more. Every project is fully customizable, so you can make your creations cute, creepy, whimsical, or gothic.

💸 $300 per person

✨ This class is required for students who wish to participate in Open Studio hours. Students with previous experience are welcome too!
Important Information 
• No make-up classes unless discussed prior to registration. Each week builds on the previous lesson so it is important to be at each class.
• All clay, tools, glazing, and kiln firings are included. 
• Some projects may require additional Open Studio time to finish, depending on complexity and individual pace, which is not included in the price of the workshop.  If you do not wish to continue passed the 6 weeks please let your instructor know so they can plan accordingly. 
• Pottery is an unpredictable art form. While every effort is made to ensure the success of each piece, clay can occasionally crack, warp, or break during drying or firing. This is a normal part of the ceramic process, and The Cozy Kiln cannot guarantee the outcome of every piece.
