We’re keeping the gloves on and the momentum going with our weekly Women’s Boxing + Self Defense class led by the incredible Coach Ed Mink!

Ed joins DSFA after retiring as the Health & Wellness Director at the University of Arkansas and brings decades of experience and passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and empowered. He is:

� A Certified Health Educator
� Certified in Yoga & Pilates
� A Registered USA Boxing Coach

� Class is held every Saturday
� $10 drop-in fee
� Must register online each week
