Their light and frequency can help us shift through the density and remember that our souls are uniting at this extraordinary time on Earth, opening new possibilities for our families and for humanity.Children arrive carrying an innocence, authenticity, and inner knowing that many adults have gradually forgotten. They naturally express joy, curiosity, wonder, creativity, and unconditional love until life teaches them to hide these beautiful qualities. Somewhere along our own journey, many of us also lost touch with that same free and joyful spirit.Recently, while caring for my 98-year-old mother, I experienced something that profoundly touched my heart. Rather than seeing her through the eyes of age, I began seeing the beautiful little girl still living within her. I spoke to that child. I reflected back to her that she was loved, that she was good, and that she had done enough. As she began to see herself through loving eyes, something remarkable happened. Her heart softened. Her spirit brightened. A deeper peace emerged between us.It reminded me that the inner child never leaves us.Whether we are five years old or ninety-eight, there remains within each of us a soul longing to be seen, encouraged, accepted, and loved.Perhaps this is one of the reasons children come into our lives—not simply to receive our guidance, but to help awaken the forgotten parts of ourselves. By allowing them the freedom to be who they truly are, we often rediscover the freedom to become who we have always been.This Sunday, Judy Guadalupe will guide us into a heartfelt exploration of these sacred relationships.
