And this year the solstice arrives under a waning crescent moon - one of the most potent times in the lunar cycle for surrender and deep inner reflection. The waning crescent whispers to us to let go. To clear what no longer belongs. To make space for what is coming.

This is not a coincidence. This is an invitation.

Award winning Reiki Master 2025 Suzi (from Healing Moods) and Voice for Spirit Connie Rose are coming together to hold this sacred space for you. Two hours of deep nourishment for your mind, body and spirit at this powerful convergence of solstice and lunar energy.

Together we will move through:

Yoga nidra to bring you into a place of deep rest and surrender. A group deep healing reset with Reiki and Seichim to restore and realign your energy field. Intuitive movement to allow your body to express and release what words cannot. Spirit connection to open you to messages of love and guidance from those who walk beside you. Sacred space to rest, receive and come back to yourself.

Come and be held as the darkness gives way to the returning light.

Open to all. No experience necessary. Simply bring yourself and an open heart. Winter is asking you to stop. We are holding the space for you to actually do it.
