It is anticipated the formal part of the meeting will take approximately 30-minutes.

At the meeting, all Committee positions will be made vacant, and we look to paid-up Members who wish to offer their expression of interest in one of the following roles:
•	President
•	Vice-President
•	Treasurer
•	Secretary
•	Member Protection Information Officer
•	Ordinary Member (currently eight members)
