The Film & Photography Club (FPC) proudly presents The View Finder, an exciting platform for all photography lovers to showcase their creativity, passion & storytelling skills.

Students from all departments are warmly invited to participate. We also welcome ex-students and faculty members from the CSE Department to be a part of this inspiring exhibition. Your participation will make this event truly meaningful.

We kindly request you to carefully go through the submission schedule, event details, rules, registration procedure, and terms & conditions to ensure a smooth experience.

🎯 Who Can Participate

• Students from all departments
• Former-students and faculty members of the CSE Department

🗓 Submission Schedule

• Submission Deadline: 13/04/2026
• Exhibition Date: 19/04/2026 and 20/04/26
• Venue: UAP Plaza & 7th Floor Void Space

📷 Event Categories

Category1: DSLR/SLR Photography
• Theme: Open
• Must be captured using DSLR/SLR

Category 2: Mobiography
• Theme: Open
• Must be captured using smartphone/tablet

Category 3: UAP Diary
• Theme: Open
• Must reflect UAP-related moments

📌 Submission Rules

• Maximum 9 photos per participant (3 per section)
• Rename format: ID_Category-Number_Photo-Number
• Only high-resolution JPG (max 30MP) accepted
• No watermark, logo, border, or wedding photos
• Over-editing not allowed (except conceptual work)
• Must include original metadata
• Photos must be original and unpublished
• Offensive or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited

💳 Registration

• BDT 200 per selected photograph
• Payment required only after selection

🎁 Selected participants will receive certificates, T-shirts, refreshments, and framed photos.
🏆 Top performers will be awarded Champion & Runner-Up crests.

• All submissions must be original
• FPC reserves the right to verify authenticity
• Selected photos may be used for promotional purposes
• Any violation may lead to disqualification
