? Terms & Conditions
1. Participants must be between 8–12 years old.
2. Registration is mandatory to join the competition.
3. All artwork must be created on-site during the event.
4. Only colour pencils are allowed. Participants must bring their own colour pencils, art board, and any other required items. The hotel will provide regular cartridge paper (12" x 17").
5. Each participant must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
6. Best Western PLUS Runway reserves the right to use event photographs, videos, and artwork for promotional purposes.
7. The judges’ decisions will be final and binding.
8. Management reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the event if necessary.
10. Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before the competition start time.
11. A Kids’ Food Station will be available.
12. The LAST DATE for pre-registration is 12 December 2025 (by 10 PM).
