Kaisar M. Sattar is a BUET graduate with master’s degrees in Structural and Environmental/Sustainable Engineering.
He has 25+ years of experience, is a registered Professional Engineer in New York, and currently works at NYC Housing Authority. He has taught practice-oriented courses and served three terms on the ASCE Tall Buildings Committee.
