The Convention will be led by the following distinguished leadership team:

Mr. Kamruzzaman Sabuj also successfully led the 7th FBHRO National HR Convention as Convention Chair, contributing to its remarkable success.

2. Ms. Tasnuva Rahman
Associate Professor, Eastern University | Convention Secretary
She will coordinate the Convention Secretariat and contribute her academic and professional perspective to making the 8th Convention a meaningful learning experience.
