The event stood as a national benchmark in youth-led climate action — hosted in collaboration with top universities and graced by leading environmental experts.

Beyond Sustainovate, we’ve initiated impactful events like EcoMarvel: Where Nature Meets the Shutter, ClimateMind Challenges 2023, Earth’s Ants Festo Mania Season-1 and so on. || Operation GreenForce 5.0 – Recruitment Process ?
We are excited to welcome passionate individuals to be a part of Operation Green Force 5.0, a flagship initiative dedicated to empowering youth in climate action, sustainability, and community resilience. Here's how our recruitment process will unfold:

? Step 1: Application Form Submission
Interested candidates must begin by filling out the official recruitment form which is given here. This form is designed to collect basic information, understand your interests, and assess your initial alignment with our mission and values.

? Step 2: Short Interview
After screening the applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited for a brief interview. This stage helps us understand your motivation, communication skills, and potential contribution to our work. Interviews will be conducted online through Google Meet.

? Step 3: Recruitment as General Member
Candidates who pass the interview will officially join Earth's Ants as General Members. They will be assigned to various departments based on their skills and interests.

? Step 4: Growth & Promotion
General members who demonstrate consistent dedication, creativity, and active participation will be promoted to Executive Officer in our next phase.
