Bangladesh is on a journey of remarkable progress, but the growing prevalence of lifestyle-related health issues threatens to undermine its potential. By addressing these challenges, we can unlock a healthier, more resilient nation. With a focus on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3—Good Health and Well-being—this year’s event emphasizes the connection between individual health and the nation’s prosperity.

Through this initiative, we aim to inspire citizens to prioritize fitness, adopt healthier habits, and recognize their role in building a healthier Bangladesh. Together, let’s take strides toward a healthier future—because when we transform our health, we transform our nation.

• Only the registered runners will be allowed to participate in the run on February 8, 2025

• Anyone physically fit and able to run 7.5 kilometers, regardless of age, gender, or nationality, can register for the run

• Runners must report at the venue by 5 am

• The cut-off time to complete the run is 75 minutes

• Only those runners who complete the run within 75 minutes will get a medal along with the e-certificate
