The Environmental Club of BUP (EnCBUP) is proud to announce the 5ᵗʰ edition of our signature event, “BUP Environmental Fest & Career Carnival 2025” following the tremendous success of the previous years.
This year, the fest once again welcomes university-level environmental enthusiasts from across the nation to showcase their knowledge, creativity, and leadership by competing in a variety of dynamic segments. Participants will have the opportunity to present innovative ideas and share their visions for a sustainable future before a diverse audience. For the second consecutive time, EnCBUP will host the Career Carnival, a pioneering initiative designed to connect talented graduates with a wide range of professional opportunities. The platform will convene international agencies, national and international NGOs, consultancy firms, development organizations, and leading local and multinational companies, creating direct pathways for recruitment and collaboration. Graduates from any related disciplines will have the chance to engage with employers, showcase their competencies, and secure internships or full-time positions.

This segment is co-arranged by EnCBUP and SustainLaunch Labs, a platform dedicated to accelerating impact-driven solutions through research, entrepreneurship, and sustainability frameworks. Participants will first submit a brief project write-up outlining their idea, objectives, and expected outcomes for primary selection. Selected teams will then proceed through two phases - Research Proposal Submission and Impact Pitching following the Sustainable Business Model Canvas (SBMC) and Theory of Change (ToC) frameworks, as detailed in the competition guidelines. Selected teams will advance to the Impact Pitch Session, where they will deliver a slide presentation analyzing the financial, technical, and social feasibility of their projects, followed by a pitch and Q&A session before expert judges on the day of the event.

This theme invites photographers to capture how waste mismanagement disrupts ecosystems and endangers public health.
𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝟓: 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨 & 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥
EnCBUP is creating an integrated platform through this fest where leading firms and organizations will gather to recruit potential candidates, primarily fresh graduates. Opportunities will include both internships and full-time executive positions, based on organizational requirements. Renowned national and international agencies will participate in the Career Carnival, allowing participants to submit their CVs and engage directly with company representatives. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for viva sessions, followed by internship or employment offers. In addition, eco-friendly product stalls will be showcased to promote green entrepreneurship and support sustainable business innovation.
This fest is designed to provide young students with a unique opportunity to explore the world of environmental science and sustainability. We believe that this fest can help students in several ways, including:
1. Providing an opportunity to network with professionals in the industries.
2. Offering information about education and training programs related to the environment
3. Providing an unique platform to promote the youth's innovative ideas and solutions
4. Each segment is intended for our participants to voice their thoughts on resource management and exchange ideas on how to achieve sustainability in resource management.
