#Introduction:

In order to motivate and influence employees in the organization to achieve organizational goals, appropriate managerial approach has to be developed and practiced at different levels. If managers systematically display an effective behaviour and provide opportunity to their followers to practice the same, and reinforce the new behaviour, they can effectively transform subordinates’ behavior for organization’s advancement.
The goal of behaviour modification is to enable managers to manage critical interpersonal situations with employees in a manner that is most productive to the organization.
