Sue Whitmarsh, E-AYT500, AHC is an Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor & Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Bodyworker. A former studio owner, teaching everything from Ashtanga to Restorative, she now primarily focuses her work on those practices that soothe and regulate the nervous system, build emotional resilience, and engender a calm, grounded, sattvic quality in both mind and body. Always honoring the power of the breath.
