from Detroit and A2 Ecstatic Dance will host a fun evening to move freely, feel deeply, and be fully you!

Step into a space where movement becomes medicine and music is your guide. Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance experience where there’s no right or wrong way to move—just your body, your breath, and the beat. This is a space to learn to be true to yourself and your needs. If you want to be still and meditate, do yoga, dance, be a curious observer and take it all in, or anything else… most anything is possible at our events, with consent.

No choreography. No judgment. Just freedom.

Come as you are. Dance as you feel. Leave lighter, clearer, and more connected. 

Music Mixer & Host: Charity Loring, LMSW. Charity is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Dance Therapist and has a passion for helping people create connection within themselves by offering opportunities to create self trust, and create trusting connections with others, in a safe, empowering group space.  

Bring: Water, yoga mat if you’d like to do some stretching, a pillow or bolster if you’d like something to sit on during opening/closing circle and earplugs if you need them, because we don’t want to just hear the music, we like to FEEL it!
