Shoden Reiki I Certification

Join Courtney Fitzpatrick, owner of Verapose Yoga and Meditation House and longtime Reiki Practitioner/Master for this life-changing Shoden Reiki Level I certification!

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" at this first level, and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive.

This workshop will be held over the course of one weekend, with an option to continue practicing and gathering as a community. The first part is held on Saturday (1/24/26, 1-5pm) as well as Sunday (1/25/26, 9am-4pm) .

And, to dive into the experience of Reiki; anyone who enrolls in the Certification can enjoy a $50/Hr (reg $129/Hr) Reiki Session.
